Plus, you can link up with us 24/7 – there’s a chat feature which connects you to us around the clock.

Get to know where we go
We fly to over 70 destinations worldwide – we’ve got the globe covered from Spain to Senegal. Plus, we’ve got a list of hotels longer than a kid’s Christmas wish list. For starters, there’s our SplashWorld hotel collection, which puts waterparks on your doorstep. Plus, there’s Holiday Villages too – the activities line-up at these hotels doesn’t take a breather – there are aerial adventures, stage academies and west-end style shows.

Add your booking
Once you’ve got your holiday sorted, you’re three steps away from adding your booking to the app. Grab your booking reference number, the surname of the lead passenger and your departure date, enter the details and voila – you’re in.

Ready, set, go
You can count down the days before your big day with our holiday countdown. And you can shout about it from the rooftops by sharing it on social media, too. Plus, getting geared up for your holiday is helped along by our travel checklist – it’ll make sure you tick off the all-important bits before you go.

The extra bits
It’s easy to add a cheeky upgrade to your flight – you can add on the likes of Premium seating, Extra Leg Room and if your suitcase is fit to burst you can add on some extra baggage allowance, too. Plus, you can order your holiday cash and book your airport parking and hotel.

Check-in and boarding passes
Once you’ve checked in, you can go paper-free and download your boarding passes to your phone – digital boarding passes are available for most of our flights. Plus, you can flick through our inflight food and drinks menu before you’ve even stepped foot on board, too.

Check out our TUI Experiences
You’ll barely have to move a muscle to book one of our TUI Experiences – you can book them from your fingertips on the First Choice app. You can check out when your experience is available as well as all the important stuff like pick up information, too. And once your experience is booked your ticket will be kept in the app. Plus, you’ll have another copy emailed to you, too.

Transfer Information
You’ll have all the info you need on your transfer once you touch down in your destination – from its registration number to where it’s parked. And, when it’s time to say goodbye you’ll get a message with details of your return transfer, too.
